Therefore, while using the lower limit of 540nm to treat vascular lesions, it can also effectively remove black at the same time. If there is no vascular disease on the face, the lower limit is 590nm. At this time, it can not only remove wrinkles and rejuvenate skin, but also remove melanin, achieving the effect of "rejuvenation and whitening".
6. Wrinkle-removing skin rejuvenation is the target of photon is dermal tissue. On the one hand, a certain depth of penetration is required. The longer the wavelength in the visible to near infrared range, the deeper the penetration depth. On the other hand, the volume of dermal tissue is much larger than hemoglobin, capillaries and melanin, and of course the required calories are much larger. The longer the wavelength, the higher the photothermal conversion efficiency. Therefore, the lower limit of the wave band for wrinkle rejuvenation is selected near the lower limit of the first treatment window. When the photon rejuvenation device is used to improve the dermal tissue structure, the range between 590-755nm is selected, which coincides with the wave band of hair removal. It is not a problem to do skin rejuvenation in areas without hair, and it may cause hair loss while doing skin rejuvenation in areas with hair. This should also be noted when doing other treatments.
7. The root of the hair is 3-5mm below the epidermis, so hair removal requires a deeper wavelength that penetrates the soft tissue. When the human body is irradiated by photons, different tissue components in the skin selectively absorb different wavelengths, so there are different effects in one irradiation. For example, when 430-1200nm is used for treatment, in addition to acne sterilization and debridement, it will also remove redness. At this time, the highest absorption peak of hemoglobin at 415nm will work, which is not available in the 520-1200nm filter.
